Union Bank together with "Wild Drift", a management training company conducted a training programme for the bank staff on 25th September 2011 in Medagama, Piliyandala.

The programme involved various experiential learning activities and the main objective of this programme was to take the training initiatives out of the usual workplace environment to support participants to gain a unique perspective on the challenges and issues they face on a daily basis.
