Stepping up the banks deposit mobilization process UBC attributed the month of November 2011 as the staff deposit mobilization month. An innovative idea generated by team member Jayanath Kariyakarawana , Senior Manager Credit Administration of Union Bank, the month concluded on a successful note with the Bank securing an attractive level of deposits during the month, all brought by staff of the Union Bank Head office.

In appreciation the top contributors were treated to dinner concert and all who participated were invited for fellowship and awarded letters of appreciation for their efforts by Anil Amarasuriya Director/ CEO and the deposit mobilization committee (DMC) of Union Bank.
